Custom Order Return Policy
Custom made-to-order products are non-returnable and orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been received. Your payment for our custom made products including bedding, diaper bags and nursery accessories is due in full when you place your order. We find it necessary to enforce this policy due to the highly custom nature of our personalized and custom made products. Should you need to make a change to your order, please notify us immediately.

Our Workmanship Guarantee
We're proud of our quality and workmanship. Please inspect your products upon arrival. In the event of error in workmanship or design fabrication, we will work with you directly to quickly resolve the problem at our expense. This includes full roundtrip transit of the product to/from your home.

Delivery Time & Turnaround
Delivery times & turnaround vary from product to product. These delivery times are generally noted on each of our products. Since our workload varies, we generally offer a window of time to allow for creation of your item. Please let us know if you have special turnaround requests. We're happy to help work with you to deliver your custom items more quickly, if possible. Please note that many of our items are hand made which requires more time than most mass produced items. We appreciate your patience.
