Custom Order Return Policy
Custom made-to-order products are non-returnable. Your payment for our custom made products including bedding, nursery accessories and other custom made items is due in full when you place your order.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
Our Workmanship Guarantee
We're proud of our quality and workmanship. Our bedding & accessories are professionally hand made to order right here in the USA. Please inspect your products upon arrival. In unlikely event of error in workmanship or design fabrication, we will work with you directly to quickly resolve the problem at our expense. This includes full roundtrip transit of the product to/from your home.

Please note that if you prefer to place your custom bedding/accessory order by phone we have a bedding specialist who can assist you with this process at no additional charge.

If you place your order online we may need to contact you to discuss your order. Please be sure to give us a valid phone number. We respect your privacy and will not sell or give your contact information to anyone for any reason. We'll only contact you if we have a question.
Delivery Time & Turnaround
Delivery times & turnaround vary from product to product. These delivery times are generally noted on each of our products. Custom bedding is hand made and typically takes 4-8 weeks in production. Custom nursery accessories are also hand made and typically take 2-4 weeks in production. Allow approximately 2-5 additional days for shipping . Since our workload varies, we generally offer a window of time to allow for creation of your item. Please let us know if you have special turnaround requests. We're happy to help work with you to deliver your custom items more quickly, if possible. When you place an order online an invoice is automatically emailed to you. Check your spam or junk mail folder if you have not received your invoice. We will email you again with your tracking information when your order ships. After you receive your invoice, we typically will not contact you until such time as your order is ready to ship unless we have questions on your order. Please be sure to give us accurate contact information in case we do have to reach you.
Important Note:
Matching nursery accessories will be shipped with bedding (if ordered). Please plan on 6-8 weeks plus ship time for orders containing both bedding and accessories.
