BEFORE YOU ORDER: Please take time to look through the photos of our wall letters, click on the links below to view each set of photos for more examples of our wall letters. This will help you determine what you would like.

You may submit samples of fabric, bedding or photos or any item you wish for inspriation. We can also work from internet photos if the details can be seen clearly. Computer monitors may alter colors as a result of individual settings. We recommend that you send us a color sample to work from for the closest possible match to your decor. This is optional of course but if you are concerned with color matching, please take the time to submit color samples as there is a charge for any repainting unless there is a gross error on our part.

If you have specific ideas about your letters, please be specific with you instructions when placing your order. You may opt to let the designer do what they think looks best with your decor.

Due to the popularity of our hand painted wall letters, orders are currently taking approximately 2-3 weeks to prepare for shipping. The turn around time may vary, this is just an estimate. This does not include holidays or shipping time.

We do not accept returns on personalized items. There will be a charge for any repainting and shipping unless there is a gross error on our part.
